Lyra ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI agent service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

Account information (name, email address) when you sign up
Profile information you provide during onboarding (role, location, goals, projects)
Conversation history and memories you create within Lyra
Tasks and notes you create

If you connect your Google account, we access:

Gmail messages (to read and send emails on your behalf)
Google Calendar events (to read and create events on your behalf)

How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize the Lyra AI agent service
To execute tasks you request (reading emails, creating calendar events)
To maintain your conversation history and long-term memory
To improve the service

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Each user's data is completely isolated using Row Level Security — no user can access another user's data. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

Google API Data

Lyra's use of Google APIs is limited to the specific actions you request. We do not store your Gmail message content or Calendar event details beyond what is necessary to respond to your immediate request. We do not sell or share your Google data with any third parties.

Lyra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI model providers for processing requests).

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Google Account settings
You can request a copy of your data by contacting us
